- Behavioral scientist who conducts formative research with a focus on the belief determinants of dietary behaviors underlying breast cancer and colorectal cancer
- Priority populations include women, older adults and African-American cancer survivors
- Prior to being at Rutgers, I led programs that improved access to nutritious foods among older people and young college students in rural Indiana, coordinated meditation sessions in adults with poor mobility and prepared meals in the local Community Kitchen in Bloomington, Indiana
