Connecting to your provider's online waiting room

Checking In

  • Step-by-step Check-In Instructions
  • You can use your smartphone or iPad to access the video conference with your provider
    • When prompted for access to your Camera and Microphone choose Allow.
    • If you do not have a smartphone or iPad, you may be able to use a desktop, tablet, or laptop with a microphone and camera.
    • Headphones are not required but can help improve voice clarity.
      • If you have headphones, earbuds, or AirPods that you use to make calls on your smartphone, these will have the highest quality for both you and your provider.
    • If you're using an Apple computer, please use Safari. If it is not an Apple device, please use Google Chrome.
  • Enter your name in the box provided and press "Check In."
    • Once you check in you'll be placed in your provider's virtual waiting room.
      • Your provider will start the call.
    • If the provider cannot hear you, they may request to call you on the phone.
    • You can find additional guidance, including additional languages, on the Patient Help Center.
