I am a highly experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider with more than 25 years of diverse healthcare experience. I am a foreign medical graduate with a medical degree of MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from the Dhaka University, Bangladesh who completed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and is certified by Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduate(ECFMG).
I currently work as a Treatment APN who is specialized in providing comprehensive care to patients diagnosed with cancer at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Prior to this, I worked as a hospitalist in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital , New Brunswick, New Jersey, with a focus on medical oncology and bone marrow transplant. My previous professional experience includes working as an acute care APN with a broader range of physician and nurse practitioner groups at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. In addition, I have worked as a Registered Nurse at Trinitas Regional Medical Center Adult Inpatient Unit, caring for patients experiencing acute mental distress or who have an enduring mental illness and developmental and intellectual disability. I am certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioner (AANP) as family nurse practitioner and possess outstanding clinical experience and proficiency in acute care medicine.
