The Cancer Institute of New Jersey provides access to classes and support groups for patients, families, and friends. Many of these events take place in the Learning Room, which is on the second floor of The Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

Look Good...Feel Better® Workshop
Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Patient Orientation
A free audio slide show for patients and their families. This program will help:
- Orient you to the clinic, members of your health care team, and the process
- Prepare you for your treatments
- Identify resources available for you.
Adult Treatment Patient Orientation
A free class for CINJ patients and their families who are about to begin cancer treatment. The treatment orientation class will help you to:
- Prepare for your first treatment
- Learn all about The Cancer Institute of New Jersey
- Meet your healthcare team
- Get a handle on cancer resources available to you
- Get answers to your questions

A free class for CINJ patients and their families. The orientation class will help you to:

Look Good...Feel Better®
Look Good...Feel Better® is a free program that teaches beauty techniques to women cancer patients in active treatment to help them combat the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.
These beauty workshops are provided by the American Cancer Society and are hosted at CINJ.
