Research Interests
- My lab is interested in understanding how the genome is differentially populated by transcription factors and modified nucleosomes during the initiation and timecourse of cancer progression. Mouse models of colorectal cancer are particularly amenable to such studies. We hope to understand how cancer cells are ÒreprogrammedÓ from normal cells in hopes of circumventing this process or developing strategies to ÒdeprogramÓ the cells
- Epigenomics and carcinogenesis
- Mouse models of colon cancer
- Non-coding genetic components of colon cancer
