  • Regulation of gene expression at the posttranscriptional level in human cells and antibody producing B cells
  • Pre-mRNA splicing and polyadenylation and RNA-protein interactions at the biochemical and molecular level
  • Development of a novel gene silencing therapeutic called U1 Adaptor that is based on stable oligonucleotides that localize to the nucleas and inhibit polyA site activity of the target gene's pre-mRNA
