Research Interests

  • Ovarian cancer - investigating the early mechanisms of carcinogenesis and the molecular events that are responsible for the spread of cancer cells causing carcinomatosis of the peritoneal cavity. Specific aims: developing a mouse model to study ovarian carcinogenesis and establish a contribution of apoptosis defects and angiogenesis to the process of carcinomatosis.
