Ronald J. Levine, Esq.

Mr. Levine is a partner with Herrick, Feinstein LLP where he serves as Co-Chair, Litigation Department; Chair, Best Practices Committee - Princeton, Newark, and New York. He received a B.A. from Princeton University in 1974, graduating Phi Beta Kappa summa cum laude, and received his J.D. in 1977, graduating with honors from Harvard Law School. His areas of practice include: Class Action Defense, Litigation and Product Liability.

Mr. Levine concentrates his practice on complex litigation, especially multi-party actions. During the past 30 years, he has represented major corporate clients in highly visible matters in diverse fields, including product liability, health care, environmental law and employment discrimination. He is regularly called upon to counsel clients on crisis management and prevention.

Mr. Levine is a Sustaining Member of the Product Liability Advisory Council. He is the former Chair of the Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar of the New York State Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Levine was appointed by the Governor to the New Jersey-Israel Commission.

He has authored more than two dozen articles on trial practice and tort law, and is an editor of the nationally published Product Liability Law and Strategy newsletter.

Mr. Levine’s government service has included serving on the staff of U.S. Senator Mike Gravel (Alaska), working as an assistant to the NJ Commissioner of Labor and Industry, and serving as a member of the Planning Board of West Windsor Township.

His public service has included serving on the Advisory Boards for Passage Theater, Isles, the Greg Wolf Fund and the Career Development Awards, as well as chairing professional fundraising for the United Way of Greater Mercer County.

Mr. Levine is married to Cindy I. Levine, a clinical social worker with Family Guidance Center, and they have two daughters, Merisa, who works as Assistant Manager, Publicity for Sony Pictures, and Alisha, who is an associate consultant for Bain Consulting.

Mr. Levine is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
