IMPACT Study

The “Improving Patient Access to Quality Cancer Treatment” (IMPACT) Study aims to improve understanding of patients’ access to quality cancer care and in the state of New Jersey and to learn about quality of life after a cancer diagnosis. This study is a collaboration between the New Jersey State Cancer Registry, the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, and the Institute of Health.

Patients who were diagnosed with prostate, female breast, colorectal or cervical cancer in the state of New Jersey between 2012 and 2014 may be eligible to participate in the study.
 

What does the study involve?

  • Answering a one-time survey with questions about your background, cancer treatments you may have received, other health conditions you may have; any medications you may be taking for those conditions, and how well you are doing in your day-to-day functioning.
     
  • You may skip any questions you do not wish to answer.
     
  • In appreciation for participating in this important study, participants who complete the survey will receive a
    $15 gift card.
